Automatic Grease Pump for CNC Machining Center

Automatic Grease Pump Condition: Used Operations: 1- to supply electricity (according to motor label) 2- Open the outlet to release the pent-up air until the oil comes out from the outlet. 3- Discharge capacity adjustment (3-250 cc/min): The discharge capacity is controlled by a pressure valve. 4- You must refill oil when the oil surface is below the low line. Precautions: 1- viscosity of oil from #30-40 are the most fit for this system 2- Don't use repeated oil for life of oiler 3- please take note of pressure gauge for normal lubrication 4- in case impurity remains in the oil tank so as to fail the oil feeding, please cleanse the oil absorbing and outlet per three months.
